Rose Cleansing Nose Pore Strips

Usage: 1. Thoroughly wet your nose after facial cleansing;2. Remove strip from pouch. Twist strip to loosen and separate slits prior to use. Peel strip off plastic liner. Apply to nose area, smooth side down, pressing down to ensure good contact with skin;3. Let dry for about 10-15 minutes until stiff to the touch, Slowly and carefully peel off starting at edges, pulling toward centre.

Features: Cleans pores and dead skin, rich in rose water, helps improve rough skin.

Cautions: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If product gets into eyes, rinse well with water immediately. Please keep it out of reach of children. Discontinue use of the product if signs of irritation or rash appear. If swallowed, seek medical assistance.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight.

How to Exchange an Online Purchase

Bring the item and original receipt to any participating Sonee Sports retail store or to our Malé office within 7 days.

Online purchase exchanges must be made during office working hours:

Saturday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Retail Store Exchange Policy

Retail store purchases may be exchanged within 24 hours from the time shown on the receipt.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
  • The original purchase receipt must be presented.
  • Discounted or promotional items cannot be exchanged.

Refunds are not available for retail store purchases.

Delivery and Shipping

Standard Delivery — Malé and Hulhumalé

  • Free delivery is available for orders of MVR 300 or more.
  • Orders below MVR 300 are subject to a MVR 20 delivery fee.
  • Orders are normally delivered within 24 hours after processing.
  • Delivery hours are Saturday to Thursday, from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  • Deliveries are not available on Fridays or public holidays.

Express Delivery — Malé

Express delivery is available for orders above MVR 1,000.

  • Delivery fee: MVR 100
  • Delivery time: Within approximately 3 hours of purchase
  • Service hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 10:00 am to 08:00 pm
  • Express delivery is not available on Fridays or public holidays.

Order Processing and Delivery Options

Orders normally require 1–2 working days for processing.

Available fulfilment options include:

  • In-store pickup
