FAQ

1.   How do I check how many loyalty points are available on my loyalty card?

  • You can check the available loyalty points on your loyalty card either by visiting any of our stores or by sending a message to our social media pages.

2.   What will happen to the points I earned before April 1, 2023?

  • Points earned prior to April 1, 2023, will not expire until March 31, 2024.

3.   If I registered after April 1st, 2023, when will my points expire?

  • Your points will expire exactly one year after the registration date.

4.   When do my loyalty points expire?

  • Your loyalty points have a validity period of one year from their issuance date. Any unused points will expire at the end of this period.

5.   How can I upgrade my card?

  • Card upgrades are determined based on your purchases and loyalty point accumulation during a 12-month period. If you earn more than 200 points within a 12-month period, your card will be automatically upgraded to Yellow. Similarly, if you earn more than 500 points within the same 12-month period, your card will be automatically upgraded to Red. To maintain the Red status, a minimum of 500 points must be acquired on a yearly basis.

6.   Where can I redeem my loyalty card points?

You can redeem your points at the following Sonee Sports outlets:

  • Sonee Sports Lifestyle
  • Sonee Sports Fashion
  • Adidas
  • Puma
  • All Miniso outlets
  • Mango
  • Mango Men & Kids

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You will be eligible for our loyalty program (Green Card) on your first purchase from any Sonee Sports outlets.

Our loyalty year restarts every 12 months, during this time you can upgrade and enjoy benefits that comes along with it.

Green Card Terms & Conditions

  • Upon registration, you become a Green Card holder. Points expires within 1 year.
  • Automatic upgrade on 200 acquired points at the end of 12 month time period.


Yellow Card Terms & Conditions

  • 200 minimum acquired points need to be maintained or acquired yearly to be on yellow card.
  • Points expires within 1 year.
  • Automatic upgrade on 500 acquired points at the end of 12 month time period.


Red Card Terms & Conditions

  • 500 minimum acquired points need to be maintained or acquired yearly to be on red card.
  • Points expires within 1 year.


DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY STATEMENT

We would like to use your details from the application, details on how you use your card and what you buy in our stores, to:

  • Help manage and improve the way we run Sonee Sports yellow and red card analyze our customer's shopping habits to improve our service.

  • Contact you with offers and information about products and services of interest to you and your family, unless you indicate otherwise.


THE SCHEME

1.The Sonee Sports Loyalty card (Digital or Physical) is a property of Sonee Sports Private Limited which reserves the right, at any time without notice, to:

a) Terminate the membership;
b) Decline to issue the cards; and
c) On reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel the cards or points collected, or to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the yellow card scheme.


Reasonable grounds include :

I. Abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme, or
II. Any use or attempted use of card or points in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions or
III. Any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of a member in connection with the scheme.

2. The card is not transferable, and can only be used by the person whom the card is issued to.
Removal of membership or from scheme is at the discretion of Sonee Sports. Customers under the age of 16 are not eligible to participate in the scheme.
The loyalty card can only be used at Sonee Sports stores and other promotional partners who may, from time to time, be part of the scheme.
The loyalty card scheme is only for personal and consumer use.

3. We are not liable for Reward Points impaired or used as a result of fraudulent or unauthorized use of your loyalty card, including fraud caused by lost or stolen cards

4. Loyalty cards are not to be used for transactions where the beneficiary is a business.

SCORES

1. Please note that products excluded from the loyalty scheme, such as promotional or discounted items, will not accrue points. Sonee Sports reserves the right to modify product eligibility at its discretion

2. At least MVR 100 has to be spent in a single transaction for the transaction to qualify to score points.

3. Point System
Green Card - One point will be scored for every MVR 30 spent. Yellow Card - One point will be scored for every MVR 15 spent.
Red Card - One point will be scored for every MVR 7.5 spent. This can be altered at the discretion of Sonee Sports.

4. Sonee Sports shall set a limit on the number of points which may be awarded to each customer in respect of special promotional items on which additional points can be scored.

5. Sonee Sports shall cancel scored points if the relevant products to which such award relates are returned or cancelled for any reason and a refund of the purchase price is given

6. If exchanged for other products of lower point value, Sonee Sports shall cancel the balance points scored between those originally collected and those collected in respect of the replacement products.

7. The current value of points is one point equals to MVR 1.00.

8. Points scored can be redeemed to purchase items equalling to the earned points or can be redeemed to make part payments for purchases.

9. Reward points are non-transferable, have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

10. Sonee Sports reserves the right to vary the rate at any time.
