Usage: 1. Use a charger and cable that meet standards and match the product's electrical specifications. 2. While charging, the battery percentage on the display flashes. Once fully charged, the display shows 100. Disconnect the power promptly to avoid overcharging and battery damage. 3. When charging other devices, the display shows the battery percentage, indicating charging is in progress. If the display shows a low battery percentage, please recharge the product.

Precautions: 1. The product should be placed on a flat surface during use. It's normal for the product to be slightly warmer than room temperature. We recommend limiting contact with the product to less than 10 seconds. 2. Do not drop or subject to impact. Avoid storage/use in high-temperature environments (e. g. , inside closed vehicles or near heat sources), humid conditions, or direct sunlight. Never immerse in water or expose to open flames. 3. If the product is not used for a long time, it's recommended to charge it every three months to prevent battery over-discharge and potential damage to the product. 4. If the product shows signs of battery swelling, leakage, or other issues, stop using it immediately. Depending on the product's warranty period, contact after-sales service or properly dispose of the product according to local government or community regulations.

Bring the item and original receipt to any participating Sonee Sports retail store or to our Malé office within 7 days.

Online purchase exchanges must be made during office working hours:

Saturday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Retail Store Exchange Policy

Retail store purchases may be exchanged within 24 hours from the time shown on the receipt.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
  • The original purchase receipt must be presented.
  • Discounted or promotional items cannot be exchanged.

Refunds are not available for retail store purchases.

Delivery and Shipping

Standard Delivery — Malé and Hulhumalé

  • Free delivery is available for orders of MVR 300 or more.
  • Orders below MVR 300 are subject to a MVR 20 delivery fee.
  • Orders are normally delivered within 24 hours after processing.
  • Delivery hours are Saturday to Thursday, from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  • Deliveries are not available on Fridays or public holidays.

Express Delivery — Malé

Express delivery is available for all orders.

  • Delivery fee: MVR 100 - Orders Above MVR 1000
  • Delivery fee: MVR 200 - Orders Below MVR 1000
  • Delivery time: Within approximately 3 hours of purchase
  • Service hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm
