Elegant Lady Series Reed Diffuser ( Love Spell )

Usage:

1. Remove the bottle cap, take out the stopper, then replace the cap. 2. Place the bottle on a flat surface. Do not tilt it. After some period of time, you may turn the fiber sticks upside down to keep the scent. 3. The thickness of the scent is different according to its type, the number of fiber sticks and the room temperature. For a stronger scent, it's recommended to turn the fiber sticks upside down once a week.

Precautions:

1. Keep away from children. Do not let children bite, lick or swallow the product. If so, rinse the mouth or seek medical treatment immediately. 2. Do not place it above or near the airbag. 3. The product having different aroma will have different concentration of scent, for which you may choose what you like. 4. The product may be stored for a valid term of 3 years when not opened. The manufacture date is shown on the package. 5. It may be used for around 40-60 days as normal. The use life of the product may be largely shortened due to long drive, exposure to strong sunlight or other extreme conditions. 6. Do not let the aroma diffuser have contact with plastic or leather product in the car to prevent the surface from being damaged. 7. Do not put it upside down to avoid liquid leakage. 8. Not for pregnant women.

How to Exchange an Online Purchase

Bring the item and original receipt to any participating Sonee Sports retail store or to our Malé office within 7 days.

Online purchase exchanges must be made during office working hours:

Saturday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Retail Store Exchange Policy

Retail store purchases may be exchanged within 24 hours from the time shown on the receipt.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
  • The original purchase receipt must be presented.
  • Discounted or promotional items cannot be exchanged.

Refunds are not available for retail store purchases.

Delivery and Shipping

Standard Delivery — Malé and Hulhumalé

  • Free delivery is available for orders of MVR 300 or more.
  • Orders below MVR 300 are subject to a MVR 20 delivery fee.
  • Orders are normally delivered within 24 hours after processing.
  • Delivery hours are Saturday to Thursday, from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  • Deliveries are not available on Fridays or public holidays.

Express Delivery — Malé

Express delivery is available for orders above MVR 1,000.

  • Delivery fee: MVR 100
  • Delivery time: Within approximately 3 hours of purchase
  • Service hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 10:00 am to 08:00 pm
  • Express delivery is not available on Fridays or public holidays.
