Hotel Series Reed Diffuser ( Scent of Shangri )

Usage:
Remove the stopper of the glass bottle, and insert the fiber sticks into it. Place the bottle on the flat surface. The thickness of the scent is different according to its type, the number of fiber sticks and the room temperature. Do not tilt it. After some period of time, you may turn the fiber sticks upside down to keep the scent.

Precautions:
1. Do not eat it. Avoid contact with skin or eyes. If contact is made, rinse with plenty of water or seek immediate medical attention. 2. If its content splashes on the surface of paint or baking varnish furniture, artificial leather or plastic products, fabrics, wipe clean with a rag immediately to protect them from corrosion. 3. Keep it out of reach of children and pet away from heat and fire. Not recommended for pregnant women or children under 3 years old. 4. Containing small parts, children should use it under adult supervision.

Storage:
Please place in a cool place and do not expose to direct sunlight to avoid deterioration.

Bring the item and original receipt to any participating Sonee Sports retail store or to our Malé office within 7 days.

Online purchase exchanges must be made during office working hours:

Saturday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Retail Store Exchange Policy

Retail store purchases may be exchanged within 24 hours from the time shown on the receipt.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
  • The original purchase receipt must be presented.
  • Discounted or promotional items cannot be exchanged.

Refunds are not available for retail store purchases.

Delivery and Shipping

Standard Delivery — Malé and Hulhumalé

  • Free delivery is available for orders of MVR 300 or more.
  • Orders below MVR 300 are subject to a MVR 20 delivery fee.
  • Orders are normally delivered within 24 hours after processing.
  • Delivery hours are Saturday to Thursday, from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  • Deliveries are not available on Fridays or public holidays.

Express Delivery — Malé

Express delivery is available for orders above MVR 1,000.

  • Delivery fee: MVR 100
  • Delivery time: Within approximately 3 hours of purchase
  • Service hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 10:00 am to 08:00 pm
  • Express delivery is not available on Fridays or public holidays.
