Online Store Exchange Policy

Online purchases may be exchanged within 7 days from the purchase date.

The longer exchange period is provided because online customers purchase items without physically viewing or trying them before purchase, and some orders are delivered to islands outside Malé and Hulhumalé.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
  • The original purchase receipt must be presented.
  • Discounted or promotional items cannot be exchanged.
  • Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases.

How to Exchange an Online Purchase

Bring the item and original receipt to any participating Sonee Sports retail store or to our Malé office within 7 days.

Online purchase exchanges must be made during office working hours:

Saturday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm


Retail Store Exchange Policy

Retail store purchases may be exchanged within 24 hours from the time shown on the receipt.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
  • The original purchase receipt must be presented.
  • Discounted or promotional items cannot be exchanged.

Refunds are not available for retail store purchases.


Delivery and Shipping

Standard Delivery — Malé and Hulhumalé

  • Free delivery is available for orders of MVR 300 or more.
  • Orders below MVR 300 are subject to a MVR 20 delivery fee.
  • Orders are normally delivered within 24 hours after processing.
  • Delivery hours are Saturday to Thursday, from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  • Deliveries are not available on Fridays or public holidays.

Express Delivery — Malé

Express delivery is available for orders above MVR 1,000.

  • Delivery fee: MVR 100
  • Delivery time: Within approximately 3 hours of purchase
  • Service hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
  • Express delivery is not available on Fridays or public holidays.

Order Processing and Delivery Options

Orders normally require 1–2 working days for processing.

Available fulfilment options include:

  • In-store pickup
  • Local delivery within Malé and Hulhumalé
  • Delivery to boats docked at Malé Harbour
  • Air-freight delivery to regional airports
