How to use: 1. Unscrew the cap on the glass bottle, take out the inner plug, cover the bottle cap, and insert the fiber rods into the glass bottle in a scattered manner; 2. Place it horizontally on any platform, do not place it at an incline; 3. This model Aromatherapy needs to use volatile auxiliary materials (fiber sticks) to diffuse the fragrance; 4. The number of fiber sticks is 4-5 is the most suitable, and the number of fiber sticks can be increased or decreased according to your preference to adjust the fragrance concentration; 5. If you feel that the fragrance is not strong enough , you can use the fiber stick upside down, or insert more fiber sticks (more fiber sticks will cause the aromatherapy liquid to be consumed faster); 6. Retail Store Exchange Policy

Retail store purchases may be exchanged within 24 hours from the time shown on the receipt.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
  • The original purchase receipt must be presented.
  • Discounted or promotional items cannot be exchanged.

Refunds are not available for retail store purchases.

Delivery and Shipping

Standard Delivery — Malé and Hulhumalé

  • Free delivery is available for orders of MVR 300 or more.
  • Orders below MVR 300 are subject to a MVR 20 delivery fee.
  • Orders are normally delivered within 24 hours after processing.
  • Delivery hours are Saturday to Thursday, from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  • Deliveries are not available on Fridays or public holidays.

Express Delivery — Malé

Express delivery is available for orders above MVR 1,000.

  • Delivery fee: MVR 100
  • Delivery time: Within approximately 3 hours of purchase
  • Service hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 10:00 am to 08:00 pm
  • Express delivery is not available on Fridays or public holidays.
