Description Shipping & Returns

Marvel Spider-Man Collection Straw Plastic Bottle with a capacity of 690mL, measuring 9 x 9 x 19.2 cm. The body is made of PETG with a PP lid, silicone rubber sealing ring, spout and straw, and a polyester lanyard. Suitable for use between 0℃ and 50℃, with a recommended usage time of no more than 4 hours at a time.

Precautions: 1. Not for use in a dishwasher, disinfection cabinet, microwave or oven. 2. Avoid using in high-temperature environments to prevent plastic deformation or the release of harmful substances. 3. This product is hand-wash only. Do not clean with bleach containing chlorine. 4. Storing liquids for long periods may cause plastic material aging, affecting its lifespan. 5. Not for Children. Do not allow children to use it. 6. Do not store carbonated drinks, beer, or food with more than 13% alcohol content. 7. Do not fill with carbonated or fizzy beverages to prevent liquid splashing. 8. Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent plastic aging.

Online purchases may be exchanged within 7 days from the purchase date.

How to Exchange an Online Purchase

Bring the item and original receipt to any participating Sonee Sports retail store or to our Malé office within 7 days.

Online purchase exchanges must be made during office working hours:

Saturday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Retail Store Exchange Policy

Retail store purchases may be exchanged within 24 hours from the time shown on the receipt.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
  • The original purchase receipt must be presented.
  • Discounted or promotional items cannot be exchanged.

Refunds are not available for retail store purchases.

Delivery and Shipping

Standard Delivery — Malé and Hulhumalé

  • Free delivery is available for orders of MVR 300 or more.
  • Orders below MVR 300 are subject to a MVR 20 delivery fee.
  • Orders are normally delivered within 24 hours after processing.
  • Delivery hours are Saturday to Thursday, from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  • Deliveries are not available on Fridays or public holidays.

Express Delivery — Malé

Express delivery is available for orders above MVR 1,000.

  • Delivery fee: MVR 100
  • Delivery time: Within approximately 3 hours of purchase
  • Service hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 10:00 am to 08:00 pm
  • Express delivery is not available on Fridays or public holidays.

Order Processing and Delivery Options

Orders normally require 1–2 working days for processing.
