Description Shipping & Returns

Comes as a pack of 50, with a fully elastic, comfortable design and a curved shape that fits well for effective wound protection and strong adhesion. The film is polyester, with a viscose and polyester pad, hot melt glue, silicon paper release liner, and a wood pulp fiber and latex glue wrapper. Each bandage measures 7.2 x 1.9 x 0.1 cm.

Precautions: Use immediately after opening protective wrapper. Do not use on major wounds. Wrapper contains natural rubber latex. Not for kids under 2 years old. If wound bleeds excessively or skin becomes irritated or infected, remove it. In rare cases, children with sensitive skin may develop rash due to heat and moisture, especially in the face. In both cases, consult a doctor immediately. If you are diabetic, consult your doctor before use.

Storage: Keep dry and away from direct sunlight. Store below 25°C.

Bring the item and original receipt to any participating Sonee Sports retail store or to our Malé office within 7 days.

Online purchase exchanges must be made during office working hours:

Saturday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Retail Store Exchange Policy

Retail store purchases may be exchanged within 24 hours from the time shown on the receipt.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
  • The original purchase receipt must be presented.
  • Discounted or promotional items cannot be exchanged.

Refunds are not available for retail store purchases.

Delivery and Shipping

Standard Delivery — Malé and Hulhumalé

  • Free delivery is available for orders of MVR 300 or more.
  • Orders below MVR 300 are subject to a MVR 20 delivery fee.
  • Orders are normally delivered within 24 hours after processing.
  • Delivery hours are Saturday to Thursday, from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  • Deliveries are not available on Fridays or public holidays.

Express Delivery — Malé

Express delivery is available for orders above MVR 1,000.

  • Delivery fee: MVR 100
  • Delivery time: Within approximately 3 hours of purchase
  • Service hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 10:00 am to 08:00 pm
  • Express delivery is not available on Fridays or public holidays.
