For first time connection, open the upper lid charging case, the earphones enter into pairing mode automatically. Search for MINISO T310 and choose to connect, there is a prompt after the earphones are connected successfully. The next time you turn on, the earphones will connect automatically with the last device.

Cautions: 1. Reasonable control of the volume and time of usage is required to avoid hearing damage. 2. For your safety, do not use it in potentially hazardous condition. 3. Do not listen to music, call up or answer the phone while driving to avoid danger caused by distraction. 4. Keep it out of reach of children to avoid danger caused by improper use. 5. Do not throw it to avoid damage caused by dropping. 6. Do not store it under 0° or above 40° to avoid shortening the lifespan of earphones and battery. 7. Do not modify, disassemble and repair the product. 8. Irreplaceable battery. It should be disposed of according to local rules & regulations or be recycled by professional institute. Do not throw away or toss it into fire. 9. When not in use for a long time, charge the earphones every 3 months to extend its service life.

Online purchases may be exchanged within 7 days from the purchase date.

The longer exchange period is provided because online customers purchase items without physically viewing or trying them before purchase, and some orders are delivered to islands outside Malé and Hulhumalé.

How to Exchange an Online Purchase

Bring the item and original receipt to any participating Sonee Sports retail store or to our Malé office within 7 days.

Online purchase exchanges must be made during office working hours:

Saturday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Retail Store Exchange Policy

Retail store purchases may be exchanged within 24 hours from the time shown on the receipt.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
  • The original purchase receipt must be presented.
  • Discounted or promotional items cannot be exchanged.

Refunds are not available for retail store purchases.

Delivery and Shipping

Standard Delivery — Malé and Hulhumalé

  • Free delivery is available for orders of MVR 300 or more.
  • Orders below MVR 300 are subject to a MVR 20 delivery fee.
  • Orders are normally delivered within 24 hours after processing.
  • Delivery hours are Saturday to Thursday, from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  • Deliveries are not available on Fridays or public holidays.

Express Delivery — Malé

Express delivery is available for orders above MVR 1,000.

  • Delivery fee: MVR 100
  • Delivery time: Within approximately 3 hours of purchase
  • Service hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 10:00 am to 08:00 pm
  • Express delivery is not available on Fridays or public holidays.

Order Processing and Delivery Options

Orders normally require 1–2 working days for processing.

Available fulfilment options include:
