Description Shipping & Returns

Double-wall steel construction with a 201 stainless steel exterior and 304 stainless steel interior, holding 600mL. The lid is made from PP and silicone rubber, with a PP straw and a strap of TPR, zinc alloy and polypropylene. Suitable for temperatures between 0℃ and 50℃, with a recommended usage time of no more than 4 hours at a time.

Precautions: 1. Not for use in a dishwasher, disinfection cabinet, microwave, or oven. 2. Do not store carbonated drinks, salty or oily liquids to prevent corrosion of the interior. 3. Do not store gaseous or corrosive liquids. 4. Not for children. Do not allow children to use it. 5. Not a sealed product. Do not tilt or invert the product after filling it with beverages. 6. Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent plastic aging. 7. Plastic and silicone rubber accessories are consumables and should be checked approximately once a year under normal use. Surface damage and irregularities are normal wear and tear. Please stop using and replace the accessories in time.

How to Exchange an Online Purchase

Bring the item and original receipt to any participating Sonee Sports retail store or to our Malé office within 7 days.

Online purchase exchanges must be made during office working hours:

Saturday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Retail Store Exchange Policy

Retail store purchases may be exchanged within 24 hours from the time shown on the receipt.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
  • The original purchase receipt must be presented.
  • Discounted or promotional items cannot be exchanged.

Refunds are not available for retail store purchases.

Delivery and Shipping

Standard Delivery — Malé and Hulhumalé

  • Free delivery is available for orders of MVR 300 or more.
  • Orders below MVR 300 are subject to a MVR 20 delivery fee.
  • Orders are normally delivered within 24 hours after processing.
  • Delivery hours are Saturday to Thursday, from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  • Deliveries are not available on Fridays or public holidays.

Express Delivery — Malé

Express delivery is available for orders above MVR 1,000.

  • Delivery fee: MVR 100
  • Delivery time: Within approximately 3 hours of purchase
  • Service hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 10:00 am to 08:00 pm
  • Express delivery is not available on Fridays or public holidays.

Order Processing and Delivery Options

Orders normally require 1–2 working days for processing.
