Shipping and Delivery

 

Can I pre-arrange the date of delivery?

Our courier service is unable to provide scheduling of deliveries; therefore we cannot guarantee the delivery of your order for a specific time or date. Yet, rest assured we are working closely with our service partners to allow us to better serve you in the future.

 

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

Orders are only delivered during regular working business days excluding Friday and Holidays.
  

 

How can I know the exact date and time of delivery?

Maldives Post Limited usual delivery period is within the five day period. You can choose the option of Store Pick Up upon check out to expedite delivery to your availability.

 

Can I receive a call before delivery?

For orders within Male', we will give a call to the number on the shipping details page before delivery.

 

Can I cancel my order after the order has been shipped?

We will be accepting it as goods return.  Please keep the receipt and the item in a resalable conditions with all labels intact and visit any of our stores or our office at Male.

Only regular priced items may be refunded.

What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

You will need to provide an authorization letter with your valid identification details to the next person you'll authorize to receive the order in behalf of you.

 

Is there any domestic area Sonee Sports cannot deliver to?

Maldives Post delivers anywhere around the residential islands. They will get in touch with the customer if in case delivery is not possible.

 

 

Can Sonee Sports deliver the package to my office?

Sonee Sports will deliver your order to the address you have provided during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.

 

Can I call Sonee Sports to place an order?

We can assist you to place your order over the phone but we will still encourage you to either visit any of our stores or continue the transaction online.

 

How to remove an item in your shopping cart?

A shopping cart icon is on the right side of the main search box. Click this button, at the bottom, you'll find 'View Shopping Cart'. Decrease the quantity, click 'Update' and then 'Proceed to Checkout' link.

 

Will I receive any order confirmation after I placed an order through the website?

You will receive a purchase confirmation through your email if it has been received.

 

Can I place a corporate order?

 We do not cater corporate sales orders to date. We sell products as per item transaction. Please visit our stores if you require a quotation.

How to create a secure password?

For your safety, we require passwords to contain:

At least one (1) numerical character (ex. 1)

At least 1 uppercase letter (ex. B)

At least one (1) lowercase letter (ex. p)

At least eight (8) characters

 

We recommend that passwords to be used aren’t personal information that any people related to you know, and different from your other accounts.

 

How do I change my email address at soneesports.com?

You can update your email address under Update Profile after you have signed in. This will consequently change your login ID.

 

 

What is your privacy policy?

 

Sonee Sports ensure that your privacy is protected every time you use our services. We have a policy setting out how your personal data will be processed and protected under the Maldivian Laws. Any changes we have made to this Privacy policy can be found by visiting us online.

 

What are the benefits of registering to soneesports.com?

 

Registering online is a pre-requisite when making online transaction at soneesports.com. We need these information so we can accurately process customers' orders every time. Information that you provide are being taken with utmost confidentiality and we do not disclose or sell the personal information we are gathering from our customers. We further use it as market research tools so we can further improve our services.

 

What is the customer service phone number and the business hours?

Service phone number is 333-5995. Sonee Sports Head Office is open from Sunday until Thursday. Outlets are open during holidays from 9 am until 10pm.

 

 

Is the soneesports.com site secure?

We use one of the most robust encryption platforms available. Payment always go to a secure payment page where your credit card information will be encrypted from the moment you enter it until the transaction is finished.

 

How can I check my order status?

You will receive a service order receipt through your log-in email address upon proceeding to check out after payment if you provide a valid e-mail address when you order. You can also monitor the status of your order thru calling our customer service hotline. We are still working on ways customers can track it through the website.

 

Will I receive confirmation email if I made an error on my email address?

Changes can be made after an order has been submitted. Confirmation emails can be forwarded manually to an updated email address by contacting Sonee Sports Customer service during business hours.

 

How long will it take to get my customized jersey?

Customers transactions paid online will always be automatically processed within 24 hours. However, deliveries will differ if it will be within the vicinity of Male or if at the  outside main city islands.

 

How do I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it to us. If you decide you do not want the merchandise you have purchased, you can return the merchandise to any stores within the country. For successfully processed and paid items online, please call us immediately since we normally process orders within 24 hours of order receipt.
